To create an account:

1. Visit our application and click "Sign Up" or "Register"
2. Enter your email address and create a strong password
3. Verify your email by clicking the link in the email
4. After verification, you'll receive 100 free messages to get started

We recommend starting with Telegram as it's the simplest:

1. Create a bot via @BotFather in Telegram
2. Copy the bot token
3. In LightLink AI, go to "Integrations" → "Telegram"
4. Paste the token and save

LightLink AI supports integration with:

• Telegram - Free for all plans
• Instagram - Requires paid plan
• WhatsApp Business - Requires paid plan
• VK - Free for all plans
• Viber - Free for all plans
• Avito - Free for all plans

If your bot is not responding, check the following:

• Verify that the integration is active and connected in the dashboard
• Check if your plan's message quota has been exceeded
• Review error logs in the "Logs" section
• Ensure your AI configuration is properly set up

If the issue persists, contact our support.

Message delays can occur due to:

• High traffic volume on the platform
• Platform-specific rate limits (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Network connectivity issues

Check our status page for information about current issues.

To upgrade your plan:

1. Go to "Settings" → "Billing"
2. Select the plan that best fits your needs
3. Click "Upgrade" and follow the instructions for payment

New limits will be available immediately after successful payment.
