This Recurring Payments Agreement ("Agreement") governs how recurring (automatic) charges work when you subscribe to LightLink AI by Turabov Andrey ("Provider", "we").
This Agreement is part of our Public Offer and applies when you enable subscription auto-renewal.
By enabling recurring payments, you agree to this Agreement, the Public Offer, and the Terms of Service.
A recurring payment automatically charges your card or payment method to renew your LightLink AI subscription without re-entering payment details each billing period.
Recurring payments are used only for your selected Service plan. We will not charge for other products without your separate consent.
Auto-renewal is enabled when you:
The first charge occurs at signup. Subsequent charges occur at the start of each new billing period (typically every 30 days) until you cancel.
See Pricing for current plans. Price changes for future periods require at least 7 days' notice before the next charge.
We may email you about:
Keep your account email up to date.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time without penalty:
Cancellation applies to future periods. Charges already made for the current period are not reversed; access continues until period end. See refund rules in our Public Offer.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.
If a charge fails, we may retry within a reasonable period (up to 3 attempts within 7 days). Paid access may end when the current period expires. Update payment details or pay manually to renew.
We may update this Agreement on this page. Continued use of auto-renewal after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may cancel before the next charge if the amount changes materially.
Payment data is processed by licensed providers (including Tinkoff Acquiring). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; tokenization and PCI DSS-compliant flows are used.
For bank statement questions, contact support@llai.ru with the transaction date and amount.
Please cancel through the Service or support before disputing charges with your bank. Chargebacks without prior cancellation may suspend access and require settlement for services already provided.
