1. Create an Account

The first step is to create an account in LightLink AI:

Visit our application and click the "Sign Up" or "Register" button.

Enter your email address and create a strong password. Make sure to use a valid email as a confirmation will be sent to it.

Check your email and click the confirmation link. After verification, you'll be able to log in.

After logging in, we recommend starting with Telegram integration as it's the simplest to set up:

Open Telegram and search for @BotFather. Send the /newbot command and follow the instructions to create your bot.

/newbot

After creating the bot, BotFather will provide you with a token. Copy this token — you'll need it in the next step.

⚠️ Important: Never share your bot token publicly. Keep it secure.

In LightLink AI, go to "Integrations" → "Telegram". Paste your token and click "Save".

Send a message to your bot in Telegram. If everything is set up correctly, you'll receive a response from the AI assistant.

After connecting your first channel, configure your AI bot:

Add Business Information: Go to "Settings" → "Business Information" and fill in details about your company.
Choose Scenarios: Use pre-built templates or create custom scenarios for different types of interactions.
Train Your Bot: Add frequently asked questions and answers to improve your bot's response quality.
